Suggested Money Lesson Plan
for this Worksheet
Give an introductory lesson about using a time
card.
As an employee, you are paid for each hour
worked. Some employers use a time card to keep track of this
information. A time card keeps track of the total hours
worked, less any breaks, such as for lunch.
Normal hours worked is called "Regular Hours".
Hours worked in addition to regular hours is called "Overtime Hours."
Often, employees are paid more for their overtime hours worked in a
work week.
