For Sponsors & Institutions

Fund practical financial education for educators in your community

Money Instructor has published classroom financial education since 2002. A sponsorship pays for teachers in your community to have all of it — free to them and free to their school — and you are recognized for making it possible.

Every state that adds a requirement adds teachers who need materials

39 states now require personal finance education to graduate high school and 26 of them require a standalone course, according to the Council for Economic Education’s 2026 Survey of the States. The mandate arrives with the course; the materials, in a great many buildings, do not. Teachers who have never taught personal finance are being handed it, and they go looking for something they can print on Sunday night and teach on Monday.

That is what a sponsorship pays for. Not a campaign — a year of working materials in the hands of teachers who need them, in the community you choose.

What a sponsored teacher receives

One membership opens everything. There is no feature ladder and nothing else to buy — a sponsored teacher has the same access as any paying member, for a full year.

A ten-unit course, ready to teach

Ten five-day units covering about 50 class periods for grades 6–12 and adult education — teacher guides, student packets, quizzes, answer keys, slide decks and projects. Includes instruction across all six topic areas in the National Standards for Personal Financial Education.

More than 100 worksheet generators

Each prints a fresh worksheet every time it runs, from counting money and making change through to taxes, credit and investing. Nearly all of them print a matching answer key with it — the few that do not are the ones where a key would mean nothing, like blank checks and deposit slips.

Printables and premium products

More than 35 printable packs and eight premium teaching products — including document-literacy packs that teach a student to read a real pay stub, lease or bill.

The online classroom

A student bank, an optional classroom economy, budgeting simulations and interactive lessons. Students sign in with a class code and a PIN — no student email addresses, no advertising, no third-party trackers.

How a sponsorship runs, start to finish

This is run by a person, not a portal. It starts with one conversation about the community you want to reach.

  1. You choose the communityA district, a county, a set of schools, or the field of membership you already serve. If you would rather nominate specific teachers, that works too.
  2. We place the membershipsWe identify and invite educators there, and confirm back to you what was issued. You are not handed a pile of coupon codes to distribute.
  3. Each teacher gets a full accountWe provision each named account and support the teacher directly if they have trouble getting in. A sponsored teacher has exactly the access a paying member has.
  4. Everything stays current for the yearEvery correction and every new unit, generator and pack we publish during the term reaches them the day it ships. Nothing is a frozen copy.
  5. You get a written summaryAt the end of the year: how many memberships were issued, and the communities they reached. Aggregate only — no personal data about any teacher or student.

What the price covers

  • The memberships themselves, at the number stated in each package.
  • The work of placing them — finding and inviting teachers in the community you choose, provisioning each named account, and supporting any teacher who has trouble getting in.
  • A year of continuing publication. Sponsored teachers do not receive a snapshot. They receive everything we publish and every correction we make during their term, and we publish steadily.
  • Your recognition and your written delivery summary, prepared for you at the end of the term.

Three ways to sponsor

Every level rests on the same thing: memberships funded for teachers in your community, recognition for your institution, and a written account at the end of the year of what was actually delivered.

Community Sponsor

$3,500 per year

For a credit union or community bank serving a defined area.

  • 25 sponsored educator memberships for teachers in your community
  • Named recognition as a supporting sponsor on this site
  • Recognition tied to the community or region you serve
  • A written annual summary of what your sponsorship delivered

Community Education Partner

$7,500 per year

For an institution funding education across a wider footprint.

  • 100 sponsored educator memberships
  • Enhanced named recognition
  • An educator-facing recognition opportunity, agreed with you
  • Expanded annual reporting — memberships issued and communities reached

Custom Partnership & Content Licensing

From $12,000 custom

For a regional program, a fintech or a credit-union service organization.

  • Larger membership blocks, and regional or statewide programs
  • Content licensing or custom integration where it fits
  • Scope, term and price agreed per partnership
  • This one starts with a conversation, not an order form — what is possible depends entirely on what you need

Sponsorships are non-exclusive. Exclusivity within a defined geographic footprint can be quoted separately as a premium.

What a sponsorship is not

We would rather you know this before a call than after a contract.

  • It is not advertising, and it is not an audience guarantee. We do not quote impressions, reach, adoption or engagement, and we will not promise a number of views. What is contracted is the memberships and the recognition.
  • It is not access to students. The student-facing apps carry no advertising, no third-party trackers and no external scripts, and a sponsorship does not change that.
  • It is not a data deal. No personal data about students or teachers is shared with a sponsor. Reporting is aggregate.
  • It is not a rebranded copy of our curriculum. Sponsored teachers use the same canonical Money Instructor materials as everyone else, which is exactly what keeps those materials current. Recognition sits alongside them, never inside them.
  • It is not a white-label platform. There is no tenancy layer, and sponsored teachers use Money Instructor.

Questions sponsors ask first

What exactly is our money paying for?

Educator memberships, plus the work of delivering them: finding and inviting teachers in the community you choose, provisioning each named account, supporting the teachers who use them, keeping their materials current through the year, your recognition, and the written delivery summary. The materials already exist and are already in use — you are funding access and delivery, not commissioning something new.

Is this advertising?

No, and we would rather you did not evaluate it that way. There is no impression count, no audience guarantee and no placement schedule. What you receive is named recognition and a written account of what your sponsorship actually delivered.

Do you sell our brand access to students?

No. Sponsor recognition is teacher-facing. The student-facing apps carry no advertising, no third-party trackers and no external scripts, and a sponsorship does not change that.

Do you share any student or teacher data with us?

No. We do not pass on personal data about students or teachers. Your annual summary is aggregate — how many memberships were issued, and in which communities.

Does our logo go on the worksheets and lesson materials?

Not at these levels, deliberately. Teaching materials stay canonical, so every correction and update reaches sponsored teachers the same day it reaches everyone else. A recognition layer that sits alongside the materials rather than inside them can be discussed as part of a custom partnership.

Is a sponsorship exclusive?

Sponsorships are non-exclusive. Exclusivity within a defined geographic footprint can be quoted separately as a premium.

When does a membership count as issued?

We invite educators in the community you choose, or teachers you nominate — your own members, or a district you already work with. A membership counts as issued when an educator accepts the offer and we provision the account. An invitation on its own does not count. Declined or unanswered invitations are replaced until the number of memberships you funded has been accepted and provisioned. Each membership runs twelve months from the day it is provisioned.

What is the commitment?

A year. Ask and we will send the current packages and pricing, and answer whatever else you need before a decision.

Start the conversation

Tell us who you are and the community you serve. We will send the current packages and pricing, and answer honestly whether what you have in mind is something we can do.
