Traditional Interview Questions

Lesson sequence

  1. The common questions (12 min). Tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, why this job.
  2. What they’re really asking (13 min). The intent behind each question.
  3. Build answers (12 min). Structure honest, specific responses.
  4. Worksheet (13 min). Students draft and refine their own answers.
