Turning Complaints into Loyalty

A complaint is an opportunity. This lesson uses real statistics — most dissatisfied customers never complain but do tell 8–16 others — to show why a well-handled complaint can actually increase loyalty. Students learn positive complaint-management steps that turn an unhappy customer into a loyal one and protect the company’s reputation.
