Customer Service
Customer Service Lesson Plans and Worksheets
A complete 10-lesson customer service unit — customer needs, difficult customers, complaints, problem solving, and phone and written service. Grades 9–12, CTE, and adult ed.
About This Section
This section brings together MoneyInstructor’s full customer service curriculum — ten lesson plans and worksheets covering what customer service is, how to serve customers well, and how to handle it when things go wrong. Materials span grades 9–12, CTE, business courses, and adult education.
These same lessons are also indexed by topic under Career Readiness. This page arranges them as a teachable unit — in a suggested teaching order — and adds the business-side background reading a general topic index doesn’t have room for, so it’s the place to start if you’re teaching customer service as its own module.
