How It Works

What’s the difference between the basic and standard register?
The Basic register is a simplified teaching ledger with just Check Number, Date, Check Paid To, Amount, and Balance — great for younger students. The Standard register matches a real bank check register, with separate Payment/Debit (−), Fee (−), Deposit/Credit (+), and Balance columns.
Can I start the register with a balance?
Yes. Type a Starting balance (for example, 250.00) and the tool fills a “Balance Forward” row at the top of the first page so students can keep a running balance from there.
How many rows and pages can I print?
Choose 6 to 24 rows per page and 1 to 10 pages, so you can print anything from a single short ledger to a full checkbook’s worth of registers.
Is this a real bank register?
No. It is a blank practice register for learning only. Students fill it in by hand — it is not connected to any real account.
